Received at Back Office – in Process
Your application has been received by the Back Office in Washington DC where is will be processed. Consular Officers at the Back Office are now working on your application.

Shipped to Front Office
Your application was finalized at the Back Office and is on route back to the Embassy or Consulate where you applied.

Ready for pick-up or shipped to client
All relevant paperwork is available for pick-up at the location of application (please check for pick up hours before coming to the office) OR if you submitted a self-addressed pre-paid envelope paperwork is handed over to the carrier of your choice. You should have received an email from our automated system (VFS). If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
