What does this status mean?

 

Admitted at Front Office  

Your application has been filed at the Embassy or Consulate and will be sent to the Back Office as soon as possible.

 

Received at Back Office - in process

Your application has been received at the Back Office where your application will be processed. Consular Officers at the Back Office will now work on your application.

 

Shipped to Front Office

Your application was finalized at the Back Office and it will be shipped back to the Embassy or Consulate where you applied.

 

Received at Front Office

Your finalized application has been received at the Embassy or Consulate where you applied.

 

Shipped to client  

Upon applying, you submitted a self-addressed prepaid post label. We will now hand over your application to the carrier of your choice for delivery to your address. Please contact the carrier to track your application with them.

 

Ready for pick-up

You have indicated you will pick up your application at the Embassy or Consulate where you filed your application. Your documents are now ready for pick up. Please check our opening hours before coming to the office.
